Similar but different is my summary of the two. My knowledge of Design Thinking is fairly good, I've had a couple of classes, completed one challenge involving a team of 6 based on a challenge at work plus a number of other things. Whereas my experience with Project Based Learning is limited to what I've read online. Here's what I've found:
Design Thinking versus Project Based Learning - this author is definitely more of a DT than a PBL.
